Since ancient times, there exists a system that controls flow and fluctuation of magic on Earth. This system is called "ordar". "Chaos", which has separated itself from "ordar," is in perpetual battle with the former.

Asakura Izumi and Naoe Mayu are two students of Akiyukimiya Academy. After having left their homes, they now live together in an apartment in the same room.

Even though they're immature and a little antisocial, the pure hardworking Izumi and the inconspicuous but strong Mayu - despite getting into quarrels with another frequently - are close friends who put their trust into another.

Their personalities might differ a lot, but that doesn't affect that they're turning heads with their gorgeous looks. However, they do not seem aware of their stunning beauty.

These two are the ones whose mission is to carry humanity's fate on their backs. With power granted by "ordar", Izumi can transform into Fairy Heart and Mayu can transform into Fairy Silk. Together, they battle creatures called Fragments which aim to disturb the order.

Many people became aware of the two in their role as magical warriors fighting for good, however, this wouldn't only draw favorable attention. Instead, there exist also those who gaze at them with lecherous thoughts in mind, as if undressing them with their eyes...

Indeed, there are special people chosen by "chaos": the Pheles.
