Kouji, a Japanese high school student, experiences strange, recurrent life-like dreams. He finds himself in a space station inhabited by beautiful young women. As he tries to explore the dream realm he wakes up. <report>This game has the best story (restricted to the story of Dream 1 only; not counting the stories of the other dreams that are intentionally written to be stupid and comical) among all games ever released by C's Ware, including EVE series.

The atmosphere building is also very skillful. Just watch the opening and feel for yourself. Of course the music is one major contributor to the atmosphere thanks to the composer.

The graphics don't disappoint either, at least in my opinion better than most C's Ware games, comparable to "Amy's fantasies" in both quality and style.

I would not hesitate to give this game a score of 8. That's basically the highest score from me because I've never rated a game above the score of 8.

<report>Beautiful art (besides the jank looking faces and annoying use of blank screens). The soundtrack does genuinely contribute to creating a dreamlike, ocassionally stifling atmosphere. that low humming brings to a dreamlike lull then the beeps reverberating through your skull will surely wake you up and keep you alert.

Xenon is a psychological, philosophical mystery thriller. The game poses some interesting epistemics through its denpa and scifi elements. Xenon is possible reality. But more than anything it's good for stimulating your imagination and gets you thinking.

Dream 1 only because the only one to get the other routes is to get replay from the start (as far as I was willing to research). The game has no fast-forward, it has no text skip and you can't skip the voiced parts.
