Action takes place in modern Poland. Zenon Gąbczewski - the protagonist of the story, has a typical, boring life. He is ugly, unpopular and often bullied. Zenon is also not in best relations with his sister, with whom he lives together. The protagonist (against his will) attends an elite private high school. Valentine's day is coming soon, snow begins to melt, winter's ball is fast approaching. Zenon has only one objective - wreak vengeance upon the ones he hates, and acquire the love of a beautiful girl before the ball. In order to achieve these he is not going to stop at anything, even if he has to kill somebody or sign a pact with a Satan himself.
