Description

Ben Lanton is your average guy. He works for his uncle at the local history museum in the small town of Prosperity, hoping that someday he can have a more exciting life.

He has a crush on Beatrix, a cheerful girl who volunteered to help maintain the museum’s artifacts.

The story begins on Halloween night, which is coincidentally Beatrix’s birthday. Since Ben wasn’t able to get her a gift, his uncle tricks him into giving Beatrix one of the museum’s artifacts - a mysterious amber necklace – as a present instead.

Beatrix is overjoyed with the gift – however, as soon as she puts it on, she is transformed into a witch!

The witch tells Ben that she will need to use Beatrix’s body to defeat an evil creature that haunted the citizens of Prosperity hundreds of years ago… The same creature depicted on many of the museum’s artifacts…

Will Ben and the witch be able to destroy the monster in time? And what will become of Beatrix?
