ReviewThe same as Doki-Doki Club, this visual novel is really popular among people who don't know anything about visual novels as a genre. It is extremely popular and overrated at Steam and Google Play (mostly because it is free and have a big Russian fan-base), but in reality it is nothing special as you can see from the ratings here. It has decent premise, somehow promising bad end, and one fairly interesting side-route (Miku), but everything else is below average. Of course, art, especially backgrounds, and music are really good by non-japanese novel standards, they are way better than in, for example, Katawa Shoujo. But let's be honest here - characters in BL (sounds like boys love, btw) are shallow and boring, romance is underdeveloped and the "true end" doesn't explain jack shit. The writer of this game also acknowledged that he just got tired from writing it and wrote the true route and end without much efforts put into it, just to finish it sooner. To make you understand better how lazy is "Ritochka" Dreamtale - it took him 3 years after BL to release beta of his new game and now, 4 years after the demo, it is still not released even if he promised the game to be ready in 2020.

I would recommend playing this game if you need a visual novel on your phone and has nothing better to do. Unlike that some other people say it isn't a complete trash and has its own good moments, it is just that it can't compete with any proper visual novel at all.
