| Review | We Know the Devil is one of those titles that will really hit home for some people and totally miss the mark for others, and I think it knows that and doesn't really mind. The basic mechanic of excluding one person and getting a good ending for the other two makes a nice 3 endings with a not-so-secret bonus ending. The dialogue has got the western VN "I'm making a piece of art" feel to it, which is fine if you like that stuff. The story and lore of the world is exposed in a similar way. Get if you like at least two out the three following things: western artistic VNs, summer camp, or queerness. |
