ReviewThis game doesn't feel like an actual stand-alone and is more of a supplement material that contains the prologue of the next big story.
There are 3 main things: The after stories, the short stories, and the Grand Route.

The after stories quality is alright.
Around 2-3 hours each (moderate reading speed)
I love Sachi after story the most but Amane isn't bad also.
Yumiko After story is kinda bland
Michiru one is kinda fun but I wanted more interaction with the alter-ego. There are a bit here but I want more!
Makina after story offers more plot after the true ending and ...... it...doesn't really make that ending any better tbh. It makes the ending easier to swallow but it is still the worst ending in the game for me still.

Since most of the after stories are quite short there is no reason to skip any of them. 7/10

Then the short stories are just some gags, jokes, and short stories. it's just for fun really.

The real meat of the game is the GRAND ROUTE.
should have renamed it to GRAND CLIFF HANGER

Technically nothing really "happens" in the current story in the route. It mostly detailed Yuuji's past.
First of all, WTF is wrong with Yuuji's parental figures, I mean I like them all since they are all very interesting. But the amount of time I scream into a pillow questioning these people's common sense is ridiculous.

Yuuji's past definitely is very interesting, it's fun to recognize what he references from the first game. All the people he mentions appear here. All the big event and lots of detail that reveal from Makina's route is now clearer and from a third-person perspective too. It mentions the spin-off too.

Asako also plays a big part in the story and damn even though I know what gonna happen to her since they mention it a bunch in the first game, it still hurt seeing how Yuuji coped with it.

The ending is.....weird, meaning this ending is such a cliff hanger you have no choice but to get the third game. 8/10

The route act as a way for us to understand Yuuji's background and set up all the characters needed for the TRUE story, in the next game. This makes me think of this part of the game as more of a Prologue rather than an actual route. The route is not too long clocking in around 8-9 hours, around 3 times the length of one after story. Make the total playtime of the entire game around 20 hours-ish.
