ReviewThis must be a "character game" in the purest sense of the word. VN spends a lot of time with the characters interacting and having fun while making it clear that they have different facets depending on the enviroment they're in. In the sense of making each character remarkable, i have to say this VN is top notch.

However, when it comes to plot, this might be the slowest VN i've ever seen. I can't even rank the routes properly, because most of them come down to "protag hangs out with acquantaince until they fall in love, the end", with second to last route (in console version) having some mystery buildup to last route, and said route revealing everything about the protagonist before the whole thing ends.

I'll consider it a borderline great VN because of the great character work and how well that plays into the atmosphere, but if you have a low tolerance for slow VNs, i can't recommend it at all.

P.S. to fill space: I might try the After Story someday to see how much chemistry the main four heroines have with their protagonists, because the routes give a big feeling of "that's it?" when it comes to that.

< report >Your review is spot-on. There is something I would add though - even if it is a very slow "charage", the most interesting character in the whole game (GARUDA!) didn't get nearly enough screen time or his own heroine (he got a guy instead, lol). A shame, really.Last modified on 2020-11-24 at 16:11
