ReviewWho could have known that the annoying Protags of the SciAdv Series can get even more annoying! Yeah this VN has a lot of Early Installment Weirdness and even NoAH looks somewhat dated nowadays, so all the CGs and BGs are a bit on the dated side, with I guess them trying to lessen the workload by just 3D Rendering the BGs and it kinda shows. It's by far not a dealbreaker, but if you are like me and started the SciAdv Series with an Later installment and then "caught up" to the beginning it'll stand out a bit as I thought BGs and Bustups were pretty well blended in every other installment. I think they (re-)made the Bustups in HD and well there was no way to Re-render the 3D BGs to look better, so that'll contribute to the dissonance.

The BGM is so scarily fitting and really mood setting that it feels a bit otherworldy.

And last up the Story. I mean... it takes its sweet time to get going, probably even more so than S;G, C;C or R;N but yeah I'll put that up to early installment weirdness, you definitely feel the pull to find out more even if it is a bit of a slog to get going.
"But I played C;C already, it focuses on the same topic right? How interested could I be?" There is some truth to that, not only do you already know most of the lingo and happenstances you already know the "Delusion Trigger" System. But belive me that this story is a really wild ride... I'm not sure I'd call it my favourite SciAdv Title, but I also have to consider that for some this was their introduction to the series and to be quite honest... if I imagine that being my entry to the series it'd probably be an unforgettable VN.
And with that being said, it'll probably be still not that easy to forget.

A true SciAdv game, that in part shows it's age in the Visuals and the writing, but a great VN that should be played if you have an interest in the SciAdv series. Especially since you can pick up a easy 40 hour read for like 20 Bucks. 10/10 - Should be played and enjoyed as a Landmark of VN Games.
