| Review | Clannad Side Stories features 16 stories about the characters from the original VN. These range from good, to bad, and from bad to cringy. These stories play like a movie, and you won't be able to go through it at your own pace, nor go backwards, which definitely hurt the experience. The title isn't really worth any praise, and feels like a rather lazy cashgrab more than anything else, but if you enjoyed Clannad, you will probably get enough out of this to justify a purchase. Even though a few of the stories we're really bad, and others read quite literally like fan fiction there are still some decent stories included as well. However none compare to the original title. |
