| Review | What a read! Light-hearted, but emotionally tantalizing story with loveable and relatable characters. A lot of NSFW content, but it isn't out of place and fits in quite well with the story overall. The story follows an otter starting a new job at a high end resort, detailing the troubles and comedy that surrounds his new adventures. Along the way you meet one of the purest and kindest characters I've had the pleasure of growing emotionally invested into, his rowdy group of coworkers, all while he awkwardly picks up a few friends along the way. I connected with this novel as I very much understand what it is like to come from with the history as exemplified by the main character. The struggles, the pain, the hate, and the panic. They are real and relatable. And having that one light in the darkness, that guardian Angel, the singular heat source in the most lonesome and cold winter nights... Sometimes, that is the only thing that makes getting up in the morning worthwhile. Currently, it is still in production, but updated quite regularly. I highly recommend checking it out! |
