| Review | Ragin' Loop was a pretty great visual novel with a unique yet comfortable art style, and a smooth & clean UI. The plot is intriguing, and has a lot of interesting tidbits (whether it be about the local history of the town or just Japanese folklore in general) and exciting plot twists. It nails down several of its horror scenes with great sound design. However, in my opinion, one of the most intriguing parts of the visual novel were the characters - they're all fascinating people with a lot of hidden history behind them, and they all are rather unique in their presentation and actually pretty realistic in how they act, at least compared to most other visual novels. The main character, Haruaki Fuisashi, is my favorite character in the story, just due to how he acts and his personality. |
