| Review | There are things that shouldn't be written, because the damage the ideas covered can cause is so great that it can destroy countries or even civilization itself. Hanahira is exactly such a story. The reader comes to know their very own self in way that life at large is incapable of teaching them. The mirror that shows you not your face but your soul, rendered as though it's part of corpus mundi, without a hint of distortion, an experience so taxing that many fail in the process. Hanahira is a short dopey moe yuri game, and I'm gay for girls. In all seriousness, that's all it is. A short dopey moe yuri game. If that sounds like your cup of tea, you'll probably enjoy it, and if it's not, well, you probably won't. It doesn't get much less straight than that. |
